Elizabeth Arden Visible Difference Moisturizing Eye Cream Review

My consultant advised me this cream as hypoallergenic and I immediately tested it on my hand. The fact is that before that I read reviews, which described a burning sensation, but, apparently, this is an individual reaction.

The cream has a light consistency, looks more like a gel, and is well spread over the eyelids. The smell is really practically absent. You need to apply the cream very little, because despite the light texture, it is not absorbed very well. You may need to remove the excess time with a napkin. If you want the cream to be better absorbed, try applying it to the back of your hand for a few minutes to warm it up to body temperature.

Elizabeth Arden Visible Eye Cream Review

The cream can be used at night as a moisturizer. I really love that the composition does not contain any of the reflective particles that so often weigh down eye creams. There is also no white pigment, which has now begun to be added to almost all creams, especially Korean ones. In the morning, the skin looks sufficiently moisturized, it even seems to me that there are fewer fine lines.

My rating: 7 of 10.

Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Lift and Firm Eye Cream SPF 15 PA ++: Significant Strengthening of the Eyelid Skin and Sun Protection

It's amazing how difficult it was to find an eye cream with sun protection factor! Apparently, manufacturers hope that all women wear sunglasses all the time! But Elizabeth Arden presents two eye creams with SPF 15 at once. This particular product also claims a lifting effect.

Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Lift and Firm Eye Cream Review
What the manufacturer promises:
Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Lift and Firm Eye Cream SPF 15 effectively lifts and firms the skin around the eyes. The active complex of ceramides in the composition of the product promotes skin regeneration and rejuvenation. The cream reduces dark circles and puffiness of the eyelids, smoothes the skin and makes it glow.
The product significantly reduces the depth of wrinkles. The SPF 15 sun protection filter provides reliable protection from aggressive rays.

I like oily creams when it comes to eyelid skin. But at first this cream even seemed to me too oily. It turned out that you just need to follow the instructions, and not just “smear” it, but “drive” it into the skin with your fingertips. In this case, it is absorbed well, although a slight oily sheen remains.

At the very first application, I felt a burning sensation, and in the morning I got a slight swelling. But this was not the case anymore: either some preservative disappeared when the jar was first opened, or the skin resigned itself to the new remedy.

In general, the cream is not bad, it nourishes the skin very well throughout the day, and there is sufficient moisture. After 3 weeks of application, wrinkles under the eyes became less noticeable, the skin is denser. Another undoubted plus -- it does not "spread" into the eyes and does not burn. But because of the oily structure, the cream is suitable for me only for the cold season.

Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Plump Perfect Eye Cream also has an SPF of 15, and it also contains ceramides. This is almost a twin of the previous cream, however it belongs to the anti-aging category.

My rating: 7,5 of 10.

Elizabeth Arden Intervene Eye Anti Fatigue Eye Cream: Smoothes Fine Wrinkles and Tackles Dark Circles

This moisturizing cream is designed to fight fine lines and other signs of aging, as well as reduce dark circles under the eyes. It is suitable for all skin types.

Elizabeth Arden Intervene Eye Anti Fatigue Eye Cream Review
What the manufacturer communicates:
INTERVENE Eye Contour Cream features Biodormin™ technology. A key ingredient in its formula is sourced from daffodil bulb during the winter hibernation period to help reduce wrinkles, dark circles and visibly firm and smooth the skin around the eyes. You will immediately see the difference: the skin becomes smoother, brighter, and looks younger. The new eye contour cream is part of the Elizabeth Arden INTERVENE Skin Care System that slows down the signs of aging and keeps skin looking its best.

The cream has a rather dense texture, but at the same time it is quite delicate and somewhat resembles a gel. Spreads easily and absorbs quickly within 5 minutes if gently hammered into the skin with your fingertips. There is no aroma and this is a huge plus. The cream is perfectly compatible with powder and foundation.

The dark circles do become lighter, the eyes look rested and radiant - but only due to the reflective particles of mineral mica. These particles do not clog pores and are completely invisible, only the face instantly becomes fresh and radiant.

When it gets on the mucous membrane, the eye does not sting (my tears flow from most creams). The skin after the cream is soft and nourished, there is no feeling of tightness. The wrinkles are almost invisible - but again only until the cream is washed off. For half a year of using the cream, the old wrinkles did not disappear, however, new ones did not appear.

My rating: 7,5 of 10.
